ROCKY ROAD FUDGE | |
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk 2 tbsp. butter 2 c. dry roasted peanuts 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows Melt chips with Eagle Brand and 2 tablespoons butter. In large bowl, combine nuts and marshmallows. Pour chocolate mixture into peanut mixture; mix well. Spread into wax paper lined 9x13 inch pan. Chill 2 hours. Makes about 40 squares. |
