“ROASTED RED POTATOES” IS IN:

ROASTED RED POTATOES 
2 lb. red potatoes, halved
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

In a small roasting pan, toss the potatoes with the oil. Arrange potatoes in pan, cut side down. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and paprika on top.

Bake in a preheated 425°F oven for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender inside and undersides are crusty brown. Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
