GREEN PEA CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen peas (cooked)
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Melted butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Casserole dish. Cook, drain, cool peas. Mix with all ingredients except stuffing and butter. Mix stuffing and butter to make a very moist mixture. Put on top of pea mixture in a casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This may be prepared early and then baked at the last minute.
