GREEN BEAN AND PEAS CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) cans French style green beans or fresh beans
2 (8 oz.) cans peas or fresh frozen peas
1 sm. carton Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced into thin rings
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
Ritz crackers, crushed

In baking dish layer as follows: Beans, peas, sliced onion rings, sliced cheese, beans, peas, sliced onion rings, sliced cheese, mushroom soup, crushed Ritz crackers as topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
