GREEN PEA CANTONESE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
2 onions, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/4 pkg. seasoned stuffing
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stick butter
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 tbsp. flour

Cook peas as directed on package. Saute' onions and celery and butter, add water-chestnuts, mushroom soup and flour. Stir in peas. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with seasoned stuffing. Cook in a moderate oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
