GREEN PEA TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 bay leaves
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
4 or 5 stalks celery, chopped
1 tbsp. flour

Cook above ingredients together for 10 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon catsup, 2 cans drained English peas and 1 can water chestnuts (chopped). Bake in casserole at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated. Add grated cheese to top last 5 minutes of cooking.
