CHEESE CAKE 
9 x 13 inch cake pan
1/2 lb. butter, less 1/2 inch (melted)
1/2 c. sugar (short)
1 pkg. (13 1/2 oz.) graham cracker crumbs

Mix above ingredients in cake pan and remove over 1 cup of mixture to save for the top of cheese cake. Press remaining ingredients in cake pan forming a cake crust on bottom and sides of pan.

FILLING:

2 lb. Baker's cheese (dry cottage cheese put thru colander)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt (short)
2 heaping tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs, well beaten
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix cheese, sugar, salt, flour and vanilla together. After mixing above ingredients add beaten eggs and mix well again. Continue mixing and add 1 pint whipping cream slowly until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture in cake pan and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs on top of mixture.

Carefully place in preheated 350 degree oven and bake 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven 1 hour longer.
