TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. chopped onions
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Original Ranch salad dressing mix
4 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Chili powder (if you like it hot)
Cheddar cheese

Saute ground beef and chopped onions in cooking oil until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
