1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco mix
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Dressing Mix
1 can pinto beans with jalapenos
1 can kidney beans
1 can hominy (opt.)
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilies

Brown ground beef and onions and drain. Mix all ingredients together; do not drain any of the cans. Heat and serve.
