TURNOVERS 
Use Puff Pastry recipe. Roll out dough; cut into 4-inch rounds. Use 1 tablespoon filling. Seal edges with egg white. Bake 30 minutes at 400.

LEMON FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in orange juice. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool.

PINEAPPLE FILLING
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
Dash nutmeg

Mix sugar and flour in saucepan. Stir in crushed pineapple and syrup, lemon juice, butter, and nutmeg. Cook, stirring until thick, 5 minutes.

CHERRY FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. maraschino cherry syrup
18 maraschino cherries, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar and cornstarch in pan. Gradually stir in orange juice. Stir in cherry syrup, cherries, and butter. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Boil 1 minutes longer. Cool
