2 c. Herman
2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS (mix or match) :
Raisins
Sliced apples
Diced apricots
Chopped carrots or zucchini
Walnuts or pecans

Generously grease a 12 cup bundt or tube pan. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, adding 2 cups of optional ingredients to batter. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.
