1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. each soda and salt
1 c. "Herman" starter
1/3 c. oil
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Add starter, oil, egg, raisins and nuts. Stir to mix well. Spread in greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 30-35 minutes, 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

Mix: 1 1/2 tsp. each: flour, cinnamon, sugar

Cut in 2 tablespoons soft butter until crumbly.
