2 c. Herman
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 sm. apples, peeled and sliced
Streusel topping (recipe follows)

Mix Herman, oil, sugar, eggs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix until smooth. Pour half of batter into a well-greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover batter in pan with apple slices. Crumble half of the Streusel topping over the apples. Add rest of batter and top with remaining streusel topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.

STREUESL TOPPING:

1/2 c. (1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix well.
