HOT DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 green onions
1 small pkg. thin sliced beef

Mix together cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in chopped onion and chopped beef. Warm in oven proof bowl at 350°F for approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with Ritz crackers.
