JESSE'S EASY PASTA SALAD
The best part of this recipe is you can use any vegetables you want - broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, just whatever is left after a different recipe. I normally make it to use up veggies that would go bad otherwise. My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves it!! And she helps me make it too.

1 bag pasta (bowtie, spiral, macaroni, whichever you prefer)
4 celery stalks
4 carrots
2 bell peppers (whichever color you prefer)
1/2 to 1 onion (depending on size and flavoring)
3/4 bag shredded cheese

DRESSING:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato vinaigrette (you can use different types)
1/4 cup mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil noodles until al denté and put into cold water.

Mix mayonnaise, dairy sour cream, vinaigrette, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper together in bowl.

Dice vegetables to desired size, mix into dressing. Then fold in drained pasta. Layer top with shredded cheese.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
