PARMESAN POTATO ROUNDS 
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
6 med. potatoes, sliced into 4 rounds
Italian seasonings to taste

Pour butter into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan. In plastic bag, combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Shake a few potato slices at a time to coat. Place potatoes in single layer over butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn potatoes over. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.
