HASH BROWN SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. butter 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 2 c. crushed cornflakes 1/3 c. melted butter Thaw potatoes. Combine with butter, salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, sour cream soup and cheese. Blend together with the potatoes and put in 9 x 13 pan. Mix the cornflakes and melted butter together and sprinkle over potato mixture. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes. This can be baked and frozen, then reheated to serve. |
