SOUR CREAM - HASH BROWN
CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Place hash browns in large baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Crumble Ritz crackers and place on top. Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes a lot!
