SHOEPEG SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1 can LeSueur peas
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 c. chopped celery
Chopped onion and green pepper
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Drain all vegetables and mix together. Bring to a boil sugar, salt, and vinegar. Add salad oil. Pour over vegetables and let stand for 12 to 24 hours.
