MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can green peas, drained
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimiento, drained

Mix together well and toss with marinade.

MARINADE:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. wine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Heat all ingredients to a boil. Toss with vegetables. Marinate at least one day in advance. Will keep well for 1 week.
