1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can peas, drained 1 can green beans, French style, drained 1 c. green pepper, chopped 1 c. celery, diced 1 c. onion, diced 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Put corn, peas, green beans, green pepper, celery, and onion in large bowl. Cook remaining ingredients (sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper) and pour over vegetables while hot. Add pimento pieces for color if desired. Let marinate for 24 hours before serving. |
