SHOEPEG SALAD | |
1 can Green Giant shoepeg corn 1 can English peas 1 can French style green beans 1 c. chopped celery 2 bunches green onion, chopped 1 sm. jar pimento, chopped (opt.) 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. white vinegar Drain vegetables. Stir all together and let marinate in refrigerator for 12 or 14 hours. Can be stored in refrigerator for several days. |
