SHOEPEG SALAD 
1 can drained shoepeg corn
1 can drained baby peas or Early June peas
1 green pepper, diced
Little onion to suit, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Put vegetables in bowl.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Add sugar to taste

Mix dressing ingredients together, then pour over vegetables. Mix well and chill.
