GROUND BEEF AND ORIENTAL
VEGETABLE SKILLET SUPPER
 
1/2 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up chop suey vegetables
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook meat in skillet until browned and drain. Stir in onion and cook until tender. Add vegetables and cook until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Add rice and soy sauce, stirring until heated through. Serves 4.
