GROUND BEEF SKILLET SUPPER 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. parsley
1 qt. hot water
1 c. sliced carrots
4 oz. noodles
1 pkg. frozen peas

Brown beef with salt. Mix parsley, onion soup, water and carrots. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes. Add noodles and peas, cover and cook until noodles are tender, 5-8 minutes. Add hamburger. Serve with grated cheese.
