HAMBURGER SKILLET SUPPER 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 chopped celery
1/4 chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz.) cans condensed tomato soup

Brown beef in 10" skillet with oven proof handle. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes. Drop biscuits over meat mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

PARSLEY BISCUITS:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. milk

Mix and drop.
