FARMER'S BREAD 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix or pudding included cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding and pie filling-vanilla flavor
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3 c. zucchini, grated OR 3 c. grated carrots, 3 c. grated yellow crook neck squash
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not under bake.

With pudding included cake mix, use 2/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.
