HAMBURGER - CORN SKILLET DINNER | |
1 lb. ground chuck 1 c. bread crumbs 1 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. butter 1 can (12 oz.) corn, drained 1 med. onion, sliced 2 1/3 c. (1 lb. 3 oz.) tomatoes, drained Mix meat, crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Melt butter in covered skillet and cook meat mixture, stirring frequently, until well browned. Add corn and onion, sprinkle with 3/4 teaspoon salt. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for about 25 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
