BURGER BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
2 slices white bread
About 1/3 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk

Soak bread slices in 1/3 cup of milk until milk is absorbed. Pour over excess milk. Mix bread, meat, salt, and pepper. Make out in 6 patties. Roll patties in flour and brown in lightly greased skillet, only until flour is browned. Place patties in cast iron skillet or baking dish. Blend until smooth, soup and remaining milk. Pour over patties. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Serves 6.
