BURGER MUSHROOM BAKE 
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. water

Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients except water, mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties; place in shallow baking dish (12x8x2 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup with water. Pour over meat. Bake 10 minutes more. 6 servings.

This recipe also makes good meatballs -- You can bake them on a cookie sheet, works real well.
