BURGER MUSHROOM BAKE 
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. chop beef
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/4 cup mushroom sup with all of the ingredients but leave the water for last. Mix well, shape into oval patties. Place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat, mix rest of soup with water. Pour over meat. Bake for 8-10 minutes more until nice and brown. Serve with rice and noodles.
