SWEET 'N SOUR MEAT BALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. onion
2 tsp. salt
Pepper

Mix first 6 ingredients and form into balls 2 inches in diameter. Place in a 9x13 baking dish.

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. catsup
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1 med. onion, finely chopped

Combine sauce ingredients and mix well with a wire whip. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Turn meatballs after 45 minutes. Can be served over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes, OR served as an appetizer.
