SWEET - SOUR MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. ground beef, lean
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 onion, grated
1/2 c. hot water
1 bottle ketchup
Salt and pepper

Pour water over meat. Add eggs, bread crumbs, grated onion. Form tiny meatballs. Melt cranberry sauce and one bottle of ketchup slowly in heavy fry pan. When this mixture is blended and bubbling, add the meatballs, turning slowly. This can be served in a chaffing dish with toothpicks.
