SWEET AND SOUR MEAT BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. chopped onion
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. bacon fat
1 bottle chili sauce
12 oz. grape jelly

Combine first 5 ingredients and shape into balls and brown in hot bacon fat. In large saucepan, combine jelly and chili sauce. Add browned meat balls and simmer for 30 minutes on low.
