SWEET-SOUR MEAT BALLS 
Beat with a fork:

1 env. onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
2 eggs

Add:

2 lbs. ground beef

Make into balls and brown.

Combine:

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (8 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
3/4 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar

Pour 1/2 of this mixture in 9x13 pan. Layer meatballs on top of mixture. Pour remaining sauerkraut mixture over meatballs. Cover. Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes longer.
