SWEET SOUR MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. minced celery
1/8 c. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 egg, if desired
1 tbsp. cornstarch or potato flakes, etc.

Mince celery and onion. Combine with other ingredients and form into balls. (Add more cornstarch etc. to stiffen if necessary.) Brown until done. Drain.

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tbsp. water
1 c. pineapple spears, well drained
1 green pepper, cut in strips

Cook oil, pineapple juice and sugar over low heat a few minutes; add combined vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch and water; stir until thick. Add pineapple and green pepper. Combine with meat balls and heat thoroughly. 4-6 servings.
