FOOD PROCESSOR BUTTER CRUST 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter, cut into chunks
3 tbsp. ice water
1/2 tsp. salt

Using steel blades, add flour, butter and salt to the work bowl. Process with on/off until mixture resembles course cornmeal with a few larger size pieces remain. Have the 3 tablespoons water in a cup. With machine running quickly pour water through feed tube. Stop machine and scrape down sides of bowl. Process with two on/off pulses. Remove and form into 2 balls. Roll out for pie crust. For 2 single crust pies or one double crust pie. Can be made using conventional method with pastry blender. Will require a little more water.
