3 c. flour
12 tbsp. butter, chilled and sliced
5 tbsp. vegetable shortening
1/4 tsp. sugar
Pinch salt
About 1/2 c. cold water

In food processor, with knife blade attached, combine flour, sugar and salt. Add butter and shortening and process with quick strokes until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. With motor running, slowly pour water through feed tube and process until dough forms ball on blade. Go slow with the water you may need more or less than stated.
