1/2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. water

Process 2 minutes at pulse until dough forms ball on top of blade, a cohesive mass. Knead 5 minutes. Let rest 30 minutes. Using crank pasta machine work 1 section at a time, covering rest. I end up with spaghetti drying over broom handles, poles and backs of chairs. Big trouble when the dogs wags his tail.
