FOOD PROCESSOR GARLIC SALT 
6 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
1 c. coarse salt (Kosher salt is fine)

Put in food processor, turn on and off several times, then turn on and run until garlic and salt are pulverized. Put in glass jar (plastic or metal top is okay), refrigerate for 1 week, shaking jar daily. After a week, dry slowly in dehydrator or 140 or so degree oven. Run through food processor again. Keep in refrigerator.
