CREOLE' BLACK-EYED PEAS 
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. bell pepper, diced
2 med. hot peppers, chopped
1 c. onion, diced
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cut okra
1/3 c. vegetable oil
6 c. peas, including juice
2 (15 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained and chopped

Saute celery, bell pepper, hot peppers and onions in the vegetable oil until tender, stirring often. Place in large saucepan along with remaining ingredients.
