SALMON PATE 
One 7 3/4 can salmon
One 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. crumbled bleu cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion (can substitute dried, minced onion)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic powder

Drain salmon and remove the bones; mix in cheeses with the salmon until smooth and add other ingredients. Place in a small bowl or a mold that is lined with plastic wrap and chill for several hours. Unmold and serve with assorted crackers.
