BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES 
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Blend Wesson oil and brown sugar; add eggs and blend well together. Add flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Blend well together; add nuts.

Pour into an un-oiled pan (9 x 13 x 2 inches). Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
