BUTTERSCOTCH GRAHAM CRACKERS 
30 graham cracker squares
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place squares close together on baking sheet. Mix butter and sugar in quart saucepan. Stir over low heat until butter and sugar are melted. Stir in nuts (optional). Drop mixture over crackers and spread mixture slightly. Bake 8 minutes. Let cool.
