MANICOTTI WITH CHEESE 
1 box (8 oz.) manicotti, uncooked
2 c. (15 oz. container) Ricotta cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. (32 oz. jar) spaghetti sauce
Optional - add browned & drained hamburger to sauce

Cook manicotti to package directions; drain. Cool in a single layer on wax paper or aluminum foil to prevent manicotti from sticking together.

Combine cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper for filling. Spoon into manicotti; spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan, arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce. Over with remaining sauce. Over with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6-8.
