CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 1/2 qts. water (use part chicken broth)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. white pepper
8 oz. American cheese (not Cheddar), grated or in sm. pieces
1/4 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 c. cream (or use 2 c. milk)
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. water

Boil first 3 ingredients for 10 to 12 minutes in a 3 to 4 quart heavy saucepan. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add milk, cream, and butter. Heat to boiling. Mix flour and water together and add to soup, stirring constantly. Cook until consistency of heavy cream. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
