ANGEL FOOD MUSH CAKE 
1 (store bought) angel food cake, broken in pieces (use about 1/2 to 3/4 of it)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
3 eggs, separated

Melt and mix chips and sugar in top of double boiler or in microwave. COOL. Add 3 beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffened whites. Fold in whipped cream. In cake pan or spring form, layer above mixture with cake pieces - starting with mixture. Press down firmly in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Slice and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
