COOKED BEAN SPROUTS 
Wash bean sprouts gently. Boil in water 10 minutes. Do not open pan until done. Sprouts should still be crispy. Add garlic powder, salt, sesame seeds, 2 to 3 chopped, soy sauce, chili powder, pepper. Mix and chill. Most of these ingredients are by taste so add a little and taste. Then adjust.
