COTTAGE CHEESE ROLLS 
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cream cottage cheese and butter. Add flour and vanilla. Chill dough. Divide dough in half on floured board. Roll out into circle 1/8 inch thick. Spread with melted butter; sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar. Cut circle into 16 wedges. Roll up, starting with wider side. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 or 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar. Put edge of cookie on bottom of sheet so they will not unroll.
