COTTAGE CHEESE DESSERT ROLLS 
2 sticks butter (1 c. or 1/2 lb.)
12 oz. creamy 2% cottage cheese
2 c. whole wheat flour
Dash of salt

Cream butter and cottage cheese together. Add flour and salt. Mix well and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Separate into 3 sections and roll each section out into a circle 1/8 inch thick. Cut into triangles and roll up starting with the thick end. Place on baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 36 rolls.
